Working under another MIPS (CO)

I work with a cannabis company trying to break into CO. The arrangement we had was the rental of a manufacturing space- we would be paying rent plus a percentage of sales. The arrangement looks to have fallen through for factors beyond anyone's control. That being said- we are open to finding a suitable partner for this.

We would retain creative control and responsibility for manufacturing/distribution/etc. All we would need is a license to work under, a space to manufacture in, and someone to write a check to every month. If you're looking for some passive-ish please reach out! We are flexible as far as location, though Front Range is ideal for obvious reasons. Thank you!!
