SoCal Delivery service

Do you know if they would be possible to start like a one-man shop like kind of a boutique service with a limited menu and discreet delivery.

Does anyone know if this is allowed? Like just me and a secure storage place and a delivery vehicle and just deliver on certain nights etc?

Would that be allowed?

Just kinda looking for a part-time job it doesn’t seem like you overhead to set up. A delivery service is very much except for the licensing insurance and stuff.
