I work with a small, family-run cannabis company in Southern California that has been in business since 2020. We don’t operate a storefront, but we collaborate with brands and vendors, maintaining extremely high quality (pun intended) while keeping prices competitive enough to make the bigger players nervous.
Here’s the thing: our team knows how to grow, process, and deliver a great product… but I want to reach more people. Traditional marketing channels are tricky in this industry, so I’m looking for strategies that truly work.
