How are you keeping costs down without cutting quality?

Margins are getting tighter in my state, and I’m looking for creative ways to keep the lights on without sacrificing product quality. We’ve already streamlined packaging and negotiated better rates with suppliers, but I know there’s always more to learn from folks in the trenches.
