How to find weed dealer instead of dispo

So i have a guy who sells to me but he is getting worse and worse everyday. I’ve been picking up from him for a little over 2 years now. I am 21+ so i COULD go to my usual dispensary but here is the thing. I pay about 170-190 for a oz vs at my dispo i have to pay about 350. Anyways my guy hasn’t answered in 3 days, and I’ve had to wait 1+day at least for like the last 5 pickups so i was looking to find a new one. He also delivered to me which was nice but not sure if i trust some random to have my addy. Was wondering how yall found yours or if you have any ideas/tips If not i will go dispo but would be spending so much more
