[HIRING] Sales Closer – W-2, Commission-Only, Remote – $80K–$120K+ Potential

NeutraFog is hiring a full-time sales closer to help us scale. We make industrial fogging tech for cannabis operators, greenhouses, and large ag/horticulture clients.

We’re already working with brands like Green Thumb, Fluent, and High Season — and demand is growing fast.

The Role

• W-2 commission-only (FLSA-compliant: min wage coverage if needed)
• Own the full sales cycle: inbound + outbound
• Work directly with founder, ops support, and high-performing stack
• Remote OK, U.S. only

Compensation

• 11% commission on initial deals
• 8% recurring commission (12-month tail per account)
• 15% on upsells / cross-sells
• Monthly accelerator:
  • 6 deals = 12%
  • 7+ deals = 13%
• $300 fast-start bonus (5 deals in 60 days)
• $200/month tooling credit (Clay, Apollo, CRM stack)

Realistic Earnings

• 5 deals/mo at $4.5K avg = ~$2,475/mo
• Add $1K–$2K residuals from previous clients
• Year 1: $80K–$95K realistic
• Top performers: $120K+ and rising

Who You Are

• Full-cycle closer with B2B experience
• Strong follow-up hygiene + CRM fluency (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay)
• Confident on the phone, not just email
• Bonus: experience in cannabis, agtech, pest, HVAC, or similar

90-day trial period.

Top performers will be considered for expanded roles and vertical growth.
