Experienced grower looking for a live-in position with serious operations (EU-based).

I’ve run full flower rooms with 60+ plants in coco. Hands-on with feeding (Shogun), EC/pH management, flushing, pest issues (spider mites), and heat control. I’ve worked solo and kept rooms alive through tough runs — I don’t panic under pressure.

I’m looking for a stable, live-in setup where I can bring my skills and reliability to the table. Quiet, clean, focused. No ego, just solid work.

Available immediately — open to moving for the right setup.
