cannab in vilnius

i go Vilnius every summer and not once have i found any people who sell cannabis, mdma or that type of stuff let alone seen it.im travelling there soon and i dont really want to risk my freedom bringing a 2g cart from the uk, so if anyone on this app can help me out with this issue, it would be very much appreciated
