Anyone seeing edibles + vapes dominate over flower lately?

Quick pulse check from folks in the retail/distribution side of things, are you seeing a sharp pivot away from flower toward edibles, vapes, and concentrates? We’re based in a recreational market, and over the last 6–9 months, flower has dipped below 40% of sales, while edibles (especially gummies) and vapes have surged. What’s interesting is that newer consumers skip flower entirely, they go straight for gummies, drinks, or disposables.

A few observations from our side:

Are others seeing the same pattern? Has anyone successfully leaned into this trend without getting crushed by compliance costs?
