Wild stuff I saw and I need to know if he got in trouble for being in his car!

So in Long Island I been seeing this guy around the neighborhood for month who literally just parks in the same spot for like 20 minutes, he smokes those tiny joints and smokes like half then eats his lunch and drives away. I never thought anything bad since he smokes a little weed and never disrespects the neighborhood but across the street where he parks this mother and daughter comes out goes in their car, makes a u-turn and starts recording him.

From there I had to be nosy and open my window haha. She says how she doesn’t want him here in this neighborhood and they have months or recordings of him just smoking and eating in his car. I’m hearing she doesn’t want his kind ( obviously the family is white and the guy is black) here and she cursed him out, and drove away. Lol I’m guessing he roasted her cause he said he can just park anywhere else if you don’t want him there haha.

So I want to know. Will he get in trouble days later for smoking in his car high then or would they have to find it on him when the cops find him?
