How to find an investor in a working cannabis business?

Hello everyone, I am the owner of a working and profitable farm in Thailand and now we have switched completely to the production of extracts because it is more profitable than drying flowers, I have already gained a lot of experience in the Thai market and want to increase production and open local pharmacies to be calmer and have support in the growth of the company, I am now trying to find a partner for part of the company. Are there anyone here who has already attracted a partner to their business? How did you find it, what were the pitfalls?
